JORDAN LIND
Jordan is a proven leader, innovator and visionary with over 20-years of senior-level experience in business and financial strategy, transformative technology development, sales and operations management. His ambition to position CLEARAS at the intersection of emerging global trends focused on decarbonization, clean water and plant-based material for innovative product development has the Company on an exciting upward trajectory. Jordan holds a MBA from the University of Montana and is an angel investor in several disruptive service-based and technology companies.
Vice President, Project Delivery
AUTUMN FISHER
Autumn is a certified Advanced Wastewater Operator in the state of Wisconsin with 10 years of experience operating and optimizing water treatment technologies. She brings her technical water background together with her project management skills to marshal our new projects from contracting through design, build, performance testing and delivery.
Executive Vice President of Commercial Development
TED COLLINS
Ted joined CLEARAS in 2022 and initiated our Treatment As A Service offering upon the companies EcoRecover™ IP technology. His commercial and operations management skills have been employed by global A&E Firms, and leading national designer / builders i.e., The Walsh Group, Wood Plc., MWH Constructures a division of Stantec. His resume includes Commercial Risk Management and Project Management, Safety/Schedule/Costing and CEO of his own successful industrial businesses i.e., Collins Utility Steel Services.
Ted leads the company’s alternative delivery practices from Design-Build-Own-Operate-Maintain to Public Private Partnerships. EcoRecover™ enables CLEARAS to convert conventional WAS treatment processes into a Carbon Sink resource. New values are created for our clients that range from Financing to generating new income streams that places infrastructure on a sustainable green platform(s).
He is a veteran Airman of the United States Coast Guard and attended the University of Louisville for Mechanical Technology studies.

Co-Founder, Construction Manager
KEVIN MCGRAW
Kevin blends his military background and industry expertise with over 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience to lead the operations team for CLEARAS. His skills in solving complex problem and finding innovative solutions, at the intersection of technological and biological systems performance, are at the heart of CLEARAS’ operations.
Prior to co-founding CLEARAS, Kevin built a successful residential land development business in California, which he later expanded into Montana. Earlier in his career, he studied navigation, graduating from the California Maritime Academy, and spent eight years sailing as a Navigational Officer for Master Mates and Pilots.
Kevin served four years as a United States Marine and completed his obligation with an honorable discharge.
Process and Quality Manager
TYLER EDWARDS
Tyler has specialized in project management for almost two decades in real estate, construction management, and wastewater treatment. The last 10+ years he has focused specifically on wastewater treatment in mining, industrial, and municipal projects domestically and internationally. He spent the beginning of his career at WesTech Engineering before joining the team at CLEARAS as the Process and Quality Manager. Tyler has a passion for executing projects in an effective way. As a project manager his goal has always been to create and maintain strong, loyal, and honest relationships with customers and provide them with the information and products they seek promptly and accurately. He looks forward to using those skills to further the success of CLEARAS.
Tyler loves traveling, spending time with his family, and spending time in nature. He has his commercial pilot’s license and enjoys taking to the skies often.
Biokinetics Engineer
ELAINE HARTNETT
As the Biokinetics Engineer, Elaine is responsible for the oversight and support of EcoRecover Operations as well as the hands-on daily sampling and system performance validation. She handles the sampling collection, analysis, and reporting for the Department of Energy project. With her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth, her interests and background are well suited to the detailed lab work and research. She brings her technical skills and passion for sustainability to support CLEARAS projects.
Director of Accounting
TRISTIN ZIMMER
Tristin Zimmer is the Company’s Director of Accounting and office administrator. With over 15 years of experience in various accounting and office management roles she keeps the ship running tight. This should be no surprise given her seven years of active duty in the U.S. Navy where she was a Boatswain mate second class receiving many awards and serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Her primary responsibilities include financial projections & reporting, accounts payable & receivable, HR oversite & compliance and payroll. When not working, Tristin can be found traveling, enjoying concerts, hiking with her dog and spending time on the lakes and rivers around Montana.
BioResources Scientist/Engineer
EMILY RUTLEDGE
Emily is the Bioresources scientist for CLEARAS and is responsible for all things biomass. She is also responsible for all applicable life cycle assessments of the EcoRecover process. Emily received her Bachelors of Science in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University and her Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering as well, from Montana Technological University. Emily started working for CLEARAS while finishing her thesis at Montana Tech in 2022. Emily is passionate about implementing sustainable solutions for the future and knows that CLEARAS will be leading the way in resource recovery and circular economy.
Alongside a professor from Montana Tech, Emily presented the life cycle assessment for the EcoRecover at the UN Climate Change conference, COP27, in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt in November of 2022. A great honor and exciting opportunity for CLEARAS.
